✨Every year, the stories of solidarity and community support in the days following September 11, 2001, inspire me.

From strangers helping strangers to extraordinary acts of kindness, the connections made during those tragic days are a powerful and sobering example for us today.

On this day of remembrance, let's pay tribute to the men and women who compassionately and sacrificially gave of themselves to heal and restore their communities post-9/11 by flooding our communities with our love and support.

I hope you'll join me to:

Shop local. Dine local. Give local. Hire local.

Skip the big chains and get to know the businesses, organizations, and hardworking individuals that truly are the heartbeat of the place we're lucky to call home.

Comment below and tag your favorite local business or organization, and join me in celebrating the strength of our community this September. 💙❤️
