That’s why when I discuss marketing strategy with my sellers, we always touch on a few tactics for boosting their home's visibility and attracting motivated buyers.

“Offers accepted by [time].”

'Showings by appointment only'

Keep in mind, using scarcity tactics is a small part of a larger marketing strategy for selling a home.
