About Larisa Lazarev

Twenty plus years ago I moved to Colorado and fell in love. Throughout the years I was able to obtained Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing Degree at Metropolitan State University and proceeded to work in a Corporate Treasury Banking Industry with various major Financial Institutions in town. Passionate about Real Estate with encouragement from my support systems I got my Real Estate License and joined Coldwell Banker Residential then years later joined EXIT Realty Pikes Peak. As a military spouse, I am extremely involved in a military lifestyle. I am MRP Military Relo Professional certified www.militaryrelocationpro.org. One of my favorite designation/certifications is PSA Price Strategy Advisor www.nar.realtor.psa. There is always room to improve price on either side of Real Estate transaction. Resently, I finished GRI Graduate REALTOR Institute certification. I believe that experienced realtor has to be educated and up to date with new rules and regulations as well as technology. In my free time, I love to practice pilates, camping, hike, work out, garden, travel and participate at dog shows with my Black Russian Terrier. I am very grateful for an amazing group of family and friends. I make sure that I gives one hundred percent of my passion in Real Estate to make your buying and selling experience that much easier.
